7am start and quite mild this morning.

Decent pace on what was a very calm morning.

Still very muddy beyond Loch Ordie.

Kept the pace going through to the end although I was stopped for 10 mins helping a couple from Yorkshire to plan a circular route from near Mill Dam.

Average walking pace of 3.7mph was pleasing bearing in mind conditions on the higher part of the track.

Weigh in - 11lbs lost, 12 lbs to go.
