Time to do consecutive days in the hills so of and walking for the back of 7am.

Feels a bit warmer this morning and it turned in to a great day to be out.

After the efforts of yesterday the legs were tired and the pace was on the slow side but my focus was just on making sure I did the full 16 mile circuit and I didn't chicken out and do one of the short routes.

By the time I got to my turning point I was 10 minutes slower than yesterday but to be honest, I didn't care.

As usual there was nobody around until I was in to the last 40 minutes of the walk which suits me fine as I enjoy the peace and quiet.

Back at the car with a snail's pace walking average of 3.5mph but at least I've done two days in a row (in 3 weeks time I need to be able to do 5 days at an average of 21 miles a day - I'm a long way away from the fitness required to cope with that).
