Hello. Not sure if I'm in the correct place. Was looking at info regarding Hill of Maud and it said there had been no feedback received. Took my grandsons to do Hill of Maud last week but don't think we got it quite right. Think we started correctly but we just kept going through the forrest. Didn't seem to be any signposts. We didn't reach any summit or get the lovely views expected. Should we have turned left as soon as we went through the entrance gate. Will have to try again!! Supergran

Me neither but the WH guide for Bin of Cullen quotes in para 1:
1. To reach the start from Buckie by car, follow the A98 eastwards out of the town and take the first right onto the B9018. After around 3km turn right (signed Hill of Maud).

Hi Supergran
The forest path goes around the side but not to the top which looks like its in the forest anyway so you would not get any views. You would have a better walk up Bin of Cullen. Its only a little bit higher but has a trig point and views and there is a walk description on this website. :D

Have a look at

Hi Graeme,
Hill of Maud is up near Buckie, 4km South East approx. :D
