Did this during my secondment/swap to KLB, when I'd always stop to do a walk on the journey. Weather hadn't been great when I'd left KLB in the morning, very windy and a bit rainy, so did the Sandwood Bay walk rather than Arkle before heading home - but I missed not doing a hill, so I stopped off to pop up Fyrish too. Nice easy walk, good tracks, quick there and back, and nice to see the monument up close after seeing it from the A9 many times.
