Done on one of my travel days to/from KLB - too windy to go up a hill unfortunately, but on the good side, meant I finally got round to walking to Sandwood Bay. Not the weather for anyone else to head to the beach it seemed .... long easy walk in (feet got wet at the burn crossing, stepping stones covered). Stunning beach on arrival, only disappointment was seeing a dumped TV (?!) Hadn't been washed up, was too far inland; why would anyone think that was funny/cool/okay to dump it here?!
Ah well. Had a windswept and occasionally rain-lashed wander along the beach before heading back. An atmospheric place whatever the weather I suspect.
