We walked this route yesterday (13/7/18). The bridge at the bottom is indeed down, and will be for a long time. The river has changed course around the bridge and it looks quite forlorn, beginning and ending on the West bank not the East. The access via the path to the bridge at the Lin is fine, however. The path up the burn is passable up to the ford at stage 3 (NO106922). At this stage, the bank of the river had been washed away and, despite the water being very low, we could not get further up to the upper bridge.

But the burn down Glen Quioch remains as lovely as ever, with many small waterfalls into clear green pools. It is well worth the walk for that.
