Under Saddle Yoke - 4.10 to 6.45, Hamish and I.
Cool breeze thank goodness as steep steady climb up lovely sinuous grassy path.
1h 30m to summit, quite tiring ascent on hot day, no water anywhere for Hamish who drains 2 bowls back at the car.
quick bite to eat then drive North of Moffat to just beyond devils beef tub, for 2nd outing of day.
