Very pleasant walk either relatively quickly just around the lochans or extend along the Southern Upland Way and back. Just take care driving to the start from Moffat/Beattock as the unclassified road is particularly awful in the pot-hole department. There’s also been a wonderful ultra friendly horse in the first field you walk through - actually cured me of my inherent unease of horses.
