Route description: River Ness and Caledonian Canal circuit, Inverness

Date walked: 16/08/2018

Time taken: 3 hours

Distance: 11.5 km

The Ness bridge to the islands is temporarely closed due to maintenance work. Coming from Inverness go over the Infirmary bridge and continue the walk with no problem. There are signs.
We stopped at the beautiful botanical garden and had a lovely tea in the sun at the Cobbs cafe at the botanical garden.
