This should have been a relatively simple round of 2 munros in Glen Spean - but a bad attack at of cramp at the top of Beinn a'Chaorainn meant a slow descent and then a return to the car following the path alongside the Alt a'Chaorainn. Very pleasant day with good views across to the Grey Corries, the Nevis range, the hills around Loch Treig and the Mamores behind them all.
