A tough morning's run out from Glen Affric car park to Mam Sodhail and Carn Eige using the path next to Allt Coire Laachavie, then back down the same way. The route to the top is a good path and you can't really get lost, even in low cloud (as it was today). Just be careful coming back down Mam Sodhail that you find the path down the stream, as it is easily missed.
