Did this walk for a chillout in an active week in the area and it was just delightful .
Leaving the car park you walk up the road a fair bit but it's quiet and pleasant . Then it's onto a grassy track which winds uphill to a small rustic shelter .

The little used track leads a little further uphill and becomes a beautiful "shelf " type track contouring round craggy slopes above with great views over the meandering River Dee below .

The combination of great weather , elevated position and relaxing with the family was downright special here .

The track now winds downward with views of a wilder area to the northeast then through an area where there was some forestry work then you're back at the car . Lovely :D :D
