A surprisingly exhilarating walk, probably because of the nice sunrise and cold, blustery, showery top.

Not much need for the head torch once onto the easy to follow track.

Decided to head up via Hill of Saughs to make sure I caught the sunrise.

Sunrise delayed a bit by cloud on the horizon. Clachnaben to left.

Still half asleep but a bitterly cold, blustery shower soon after changed that.

Got a bit showery just after the sun appeared but this was thankfully short lived.
