Summary:Short jaunt in typical Spring conditions - showery, windy, sunny spells, changeable. Ground saturated but some nice snow fields, some still bridging streams, care required. Views in weather breaks impressive, dappled sunlight on mountains almost preferable to blue skies and full sunshine. Extremely windy at top, wind chill something else. Spent long enough there to catch the breaks and get shots, but caught out on descent - hammered by horizontal rain forcing one hand in pocket and other pulling hood over side of face. Warm sunshine on lower slopes and wind to dry out. Nice, short day, efficient use of small afternoon weather window to knock off an outlier. Longish but pleasant drive back to Glen Shiel lodgings along Loch Carron.
