Summary:
Fine winter's day. Full kit required though crampons not used. Left bitterly frozen Glencoe ski car park in dark, climbing up dark side of Meall a'Bhuiridh an hour before sunrise before stunning reveal of sunshine over snow-covered Black Mount and Rannoch Moor. Fun scramble over snow covered rocky ridge (care needed) to reach plateau of Creise. Then easy walking. Conditions pleasant enough to sit and enjoy brew at top, winter layers proving their worth. Blue skies and more cracking views. No wildlife. No encounters. Straightforward retrace of steps to car park. Ski tows unsightly but were overshadowed by summit experience of the day.
