Well done Karen, I never doubted that you'd get there in the end. All the best for the rest of the journey. Was going to attach a photo of your In Pin day but don't know how to resize in Windows 10 - apologies.

PS - nothing wrong with being a bookworm.

Congratulations on your completion. It is a great moment - you might be right about finishing the Munros being in a different league to completing other lists - but it sounds like the reasons you go out into the hills will continue to be fulfilled without chasing a particular list, just keep on getting out there :D

Very well done Karen! A truly inspiring story. I enjoyed the slideshow, and I'm happy to have been there in some of those moments. One major milestone we shared was Skye Munro number 12 on Am Basteir, when you must have realised that you really could go all the way to the finish line.
You've always said how magnificent the mountains of Glen Coe look, so a great choice of hill to compleat on. And a nice touch with the three flags! There's no round quite like the Munros, for Scots and those from furth of Scotland alike.

Congratulations Karen :) . Your story is great and from the heart, and your video is full of good memories and smiling faces. It was good to meet you for a very small handful of the munros, after hearing about you from Simon. You are all crazy but I take my hat off :D

Quite emotional! I am not a Munro counter but now feel I was there with you!

"For tonight I leave from Euston
And leave the world behind;
Who has the hills as lover,
Will find them wondrous kind".

The poem sums up why we go!
