When the clouds are really low and everything is boggy after days of torrential rain, this short track to stretch your legs is a nice stroll. It would be even better if there weren't forestry works ongoing with signs banning you from accessing the actual wood :( Fair enough, but I saw no sign at the railway crossing at the start, so if you don't see anything either that may not mean the works are finished :wink:

Anyway I only met one other walker:
