What a climb for her to be just big enough to be a Munro she packs a punch as it’s steep and boggy from the time that you turn off of the road and onto the mountain itself. To start with you walk along a path next to the main road after parking at the Ineruglas visitor centre. You then turn away from the main road and onto the private road which is easy enough and then when you turn off the private road and onto the accent the ground is extremely boggy or at least it was today. Then it is all go from there as you climb, climb and climb some more there are even a few scrambling parts and lots of fake summits I took my wee dog and had to lif him over quite a few bits. When we made it to the summit it was basically a grey out we could see nothing. We had food and got wind swept then decided to head back down following the same path we had come up. This was just as challenging as the climb as it’s just as steep on the way back also the path is all little loose stones so there was a few slips and I even bent one of my poles. But we got back safe and I don’t think I will be rushing to climb her again any time soon as she was pretty crazy. Definitely would not recommend her as a first Munro :D
