We started later (10.30) as the weather forecast suggested an improvement after that time. Indeed, there was little rain all the way round our route, but it was still very windy on high ground.
As with the previous day we started on our bikes and rode up to and past the Corryhully bothy as far as the path on the left for Sgurr nan Coireachan. We walked on a couple of hundred metres to cross the river and start the ascent up Drum Coire a' Bheithe, following the path beside the allt.
At Sgurr Thuilm we stopped for lunch.

Then we pressed on in very strong winds for the walk to Sgurr na Coireachan, the wind chill and noise from the wind meant we couldn't stop to talk and kept moving as quick as possible to keep warm.

We started to descend following the described route, but from the plateau at about 600 metres we chose to descend more SW down fairly steep grassy slopes towards a footbridge next to a plantation beside the river. We then followed the path from this point to our bikes and rode back to the start, where the weather was clear and offered some good views from the Glenfinnan view point.
