On the next day the beautiful weather of the past day failed us. A long walk was out of the question. Our plan B was the Urquhart castle. We caught the first bus from Inverness to be on time and well before the crowds would come. The ruins and the beautiful location of the museum impressed us. The traditional dive in Loch Ness was bound to take place. Unfortunately Nessie wasn’t home. :(
