Writing many years later the exact date in February a guess. The main memory is a photograph now framed above the bed. This was the first training run for the Ben Dearg munro (Water Aid) and the first serious 'hillwalk' we had encountered. Memories of being out of breath on steep ascent from road and of long slog back along the road to the car.
