With cloud inversions possible on the highest summits, me Ross and Willy headed for the highest. Although we were not quite out of the cloud on CMD we knew we were close as it seemed brighter so we were hopeful for Nevis. On the final pull up to Nevis we did break out the top of the cloud and it was stunning. Full inversion in every direction with not another peak to be seen.
