As for me well given the current lack of mobility I'm just relying on nature keeping me young (you'll be hitting a new decade before me!!) and fine tuning my sense of humour from the great indoors
PS - bike was a new hybrid - mainly for commuting and good cycle routes, had bigs plans to go nationwide with it but alas that'll need to wait till the Spring now. My mountain bike is tucked up in the garage even more unloved...it might get an airing next year too!
PPS - I am too a spring chicken (admittedly the 'spring' is a bit more of a 'hobble' but hey!)
