Was up the Tap o Noth the week before hip deep in snow and could see the white tip of Ben Rinnes in the distance so one week on got the wife to drop me of at the car park, got me out the christmas shopping. So headed on up was quite suprised how quickly most of the snow had vanished still about a foot deep on the bottom section of the path. Once about half way up pretty much all the path was clear making it easy to the summit. A very enjoyable short walk. :D

Wonder how often that happens - you see a hill one week and before long you're on your way up it. :D At least you got out of the shopping....something I've failed to do for the last few weeks in a row :(

Still have this Corbett to do. I look forward to ticking it off the list sometime soon.
Looks like I may have to go Xmas shopping this week due to the predicted snow fall. :(

This weeks plans may need to be shelved .

Think I may need to shelve my plans aswell, was hoping to head up Ballater way this weekend but I have already been side ways a couple of times in the car heading into work with one of them hitting another car due to the ice. Looks like shopping and decorating for me :(
