With February drawn to a close and some unseasonably good weather, at least over in Webtogs part of the country, the time has come to select our walk report winner and runner up for the month. As always the reports have been a pleasure to read and we love hearing about the challenges you take on, new routes you discover and memories you make with friends (human and four legged!)

For the first prize of £60 to spend at Webtogs we decided on "Barra to Hairns (9 days)" by Klaasloopt. We thought this inspiring adventure was the perfect report to bring you back after a lengthy break from walk reports! We loved the route you chose and we can't wait to read about your next adventure.

For the runner's up prize of £30 to spend at Webtogs we chose "Breaking trail on Binnein Mor" by dav2930. This report provided the perfect winter landscape that we've been craving since we missed out on much of the snow in our part of Lincolnshire. Thank you for this enjoyable report and beautiful pictures.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to submit a report this month. We hope March treats you well with plenty of opportunities to get out there and get exploring.

Until next time,

The Webtogs Team

Total surprise here  :D
Encouraging to know that my munro- and even corbett-less meanderings are worthy of this prize!

And yes, I will dutifully describe my next walk. After all, it is others' stories of non-heroic climbs of less well known hills that are the real power of Walkhighlands.
