Despite the shorter night as British Summer Time began on sunday 31.3.2019 I woke up at midnight ( after 2.5 h of sleep ) prepared for the 4 hours of driving trip to Glen Affric where I planned to climb two Munros: Tom a'Choinich & Toll Creagach. One day trip to North, then back to work on monday early morning. Forecast was more than promising as showed Excellent Visibility, sun and ( almost ) no wind.......
The day was great, beautiful area, perfect weather, wonderful views...and nobody else seen there in the mountains !?? But busy on the bottom in the beautiful Glen 8)

Hope you will have a good weather for the weekend, but sure you will have a great time there. All the Best!

My 21 years old son is coming for a few days next week so mountains are calling to test his fitness as he did not hit a mountain since of our Skye - Cuillins climbing last summer  :D

What great weather you had Petr,i`m hopefully heading up that way next weekend. Apart from Dumyat in January , i`ve not been up a hill since last summer. too many commitments............. with a bit of luck these 2 could sort that out. I enjoyed your video - especially as i was looking at these 2 Munros for next week. Cheers !

Thank you :) Hope you had a great day there if you went...?
I was there again with my son on saturday 13.4. early morning. We used the same car park and the initial route in the Glen, then continued to climb Carn Eige & neighbours...great visibility, sun, some snow and rock there on the top, but very strong wind  Superb views around anyway ! 8) :D
Endless way back to the car park along Loch Affric in the warming sun, then 4 hours driving back home. Report soon ( hope ) Just working on Lake District report from Blencathra now - conquered the Sharp Edge with my 6 years old daughter Cheyenne and 21 years old son Patrik on thursday 11.4. when camping in Kendal :D
Movie from Blencathra done there already in reports from Outside Scotland.
