Route description: Carrifran Wildwood, Moffat Dale

Date walked: 13/04/2019

Time taken: 1 hours

Distance: 4 km

Ascent: 100m

fairly simple walk, not much ascent.
The forrest is very new and young. a lot of different trees and signs with their names.
Unfortunately the path is not managed properly for water, the streams just run accross the path and very boggy at times, even if it hasnt rained.

Was down that way not too long ago. It is quite a nice area looking in certain directions.

Hopefully, the trees are done better than some of the other plantations. Like the one directly across the road from where you were.
