We awoke to clear skies on the final day of our Easter trip, and after a breakfast overlooking the dam at Loch Quoich.

Despite the heatwave through much of Britain the weather we had experienced over the weekend had not been too good, and it was nice to actually be able to see the mountain we were headed for.

The ground immediately after the dam was quite wet all the way to the start of the lower slopes where we started the long, but fairly gentle ascent west to the summit.

The route steepens for the last couple of hundred metres, but buoyed by the knowledge that this was the last climb of the weekend we kept up a good pace and reached the summit cairn two and a half hours after setting off.

After an early lunch we fairly skipped back down hoping to set off for home as early as possible to beat the Bank Holiday traffic (sadly it was not to be the case and we ended up with a ten hour drive). Overall, a decent haul for the weekend and looking forward to our next trip.
