Ah yes, the tweaked thigh coming off Bidean nam Bian making me decide not to summit Stob Coire Sgreamhach, which was only 20 minutes away. I thought I'd better concentrate on getting down to the Lost Valley intact. Sounds daft now but was the right thing to do at the time.
