From Benmore Botanical Gardens to Bernice, up Bernice Glen and then to Beinn Bheag. Back to the col between Bheag and Mhor. There is a vehicle track inside the FC land that assists for the first 100m of ascent. This can be seen on the descent of Bheag. Then it is a grind up on to the summit plateau. The views from the top are extensive.

Descended going north over the humps and bumps of Creachan Mor, Creachan Beag and A'Cruach. Steep descent to the track beginning at the edge of the FC land and then easily back to the start.
