My birthday weekend and I thought I would have finished these hills by now but a small matter of rehabilitation following a total hip replacement has put paid to that! So here I am 16 months later going after the last 20, today brought down the remainder to 19. An absolutely cracking day with excellent visibility, cold with the faintest of a snow flurry on the summit and no wind. In the sun it was warm and pleasant though. Feeling good and obviously going well proved by the fact that I had to return to car as I thought I had lost my phone therefore extending my day by 4km and catching up a couple at the summit that I met on the way back to car. Nice couple tried to help. My phone was in the car! Day topped by a wonderful evening with daughter in the Riverside lodges in the hot tub with champagne!
