Phone killed by cold until back at car

Summary:
Bleak winter's morning with strong winds forecast. Wet underfoot on approach, soon freezing. Feeling bitter. Although phone battery died (charger didn't make a difference) about half an hour in, continued walk, so no summit shot. Top was v windy with what must have been strong wind chill with lots of lying snow. Hard work walking north into the wind. Some blue skies made it worth it. No wildlife. Met one old guy in old-fashioned/improvised waterproofs/canvas struggling up on my way down, good on him. Also, a couple who used a bothy to the west the night before? A day when you're glad to get back down to the glen and return to a hostel for shower and disgusting calories.
