On my own - not too surprising with the now rubbish weather. The Allt Airdeasaidh river is in spate (impressive waterfalls and gorge) and makes for a tricky crossing higher up. SW onto the subsidiary summit Ruigh Mheallain 594m (interestingly highest point is a large boulder - quite tricky to climb in teh wet conditions). Then descend 70m or so to col and up onto Sail Mhor. The easterly of 2 cairns has a welcome windbreak. Descend SE then E then N keeping to the west side of the river down to the road.
