Climbed Beinn Chabhair today, very very boggy. Starts with a very steep section through the tree line (watch out for the midges) the flattens off where it is very boggy for a good while then onto another steep climb with false summit after false summit after false summit. Got there in the end but hard going and a long slog.

 Well done Alex, I hate bog but sometimes there is no other option. I did this when it was covered in snow but on the way up even although the flat bit you mentioned was covered in ice, it was still one of the wettest hills I've ever done.

Alex.

Well done mate.

Anyone looking for a less boggy route.

Nice walk and a lot drier.

Robert.
