Car park with ten cars in it by 8:30am. Easy to follow path from car park. Steady but not too steep climb up with good views opening up. Path runs out but lighter stones still suggest a way, although it would be very difficult to get lost. Unusual way marking wheelbarrow. Upper section gives way from small stones to rocks and boulders. Not really scrambling terrain as such but do need to be walked over carefully. Mountain top narrows to give excellent all round views, Dunalastair, Loch Rannoch, Ben Lawyers all looking good.
Also noticed some pictish type carvings in the top rocks. Mountain becoming busier with many people enjoying a brew at the top. Descent still needs to be taken carefully, But no worries of getting lost, with so many people coming up. Car park now full and much overflowing onto the road. Overall a good day, not as strenuous as some smaller hills can be. And a hill worth stopping on regularly to appreciate the stillness and the views.
