After arriving in Shetland on a work trip I had a spare evening and drove up to the north of the Island to climb its highest point, Ronas Hill. A recommendation from the locals to visit a remote beach was hard to resist so I dropped down to sea level to investigate and am so glad I did as The Lang Ayre was the highlight of the trip , an absolutely stunning and remote location...
