Cnoc a'Bhothain (not a Marilyn but I don't think it cares) is a nice wee walk from the road with some good perspectives on this not-exactly-overpopulated landscape.
We started with the track that winds its way over the first (and steeper) half of the route.

I was surprised how much snow was still on Ben Loyal.
At the top of the hill is a vaguely convex area with the mapped peak (according to my satnav) somewhere in a dip between several rocky lumps. We duly stood on each of the highest-looking rocks and took pictures from what I'm pretty sure was the highest.
