Route description: Five Sisters of Kintail

Munros included on this walk: Aonach Meadhoin, Ciste Dhubh, Sàileag, Sgùrr a' Bhealaich Dheirg, Sgùrr Fhuaran, Sgùrr na Càrnach, Sgùrr na Ciste Duibhe

Date walked: 27/04/2019

Time taken: 11 hours

Distance: 26 km

Ascent: 2914m

Start from Glen Licht hut head straight up to Sgurr Fhuaran via the main east ridge then follow the 5 sisters route take the other 2 munros. Continue on the ridge take 3 munros of the Brother’s then drop down to the bealach and head up to Ciste Dubh then down its north ridge to glen Africa, head west of the glen good foot path return to glen Licht hut.
