Slowing down ???? not at all, just spending more time in the places I've walked (ie staggered) so hard to get too :lol: :lol: :lol:

I've tottered up one or two of these hills myself (though not on the same day) so many thanks for the memories, and I know I wouldn't be able to keep up with you. Great report :clap: :clap:

Well done - three separate hills in a single day sounds like a big ask aged 29, let along 80! Lovely photos and walk report too. If I can do half as much as you when I'm 80, I'll be well pleased.

Alas, all my training was in vain. The forecast was just too horrible for me to attempt to come, but the compleator and 13 others out of a party of around 40, made it to the summit, despite being blown off their feet from time to time. The only worse wind he had experienced was when his glasses were blown horizontally off his head, together with his hat. We just walked lugubriously along the river and back...and went to the party
