Having done Ben Vane 4 days earlier I thought I'd nip up Ben Vorlich today to complete the 4 Munros in this area.
Another beautiful day, perfect for a wee walk!

Parked at Inveruglas Visitor Centre then followed the same route as the approach for Ben Vane, along the road, through the padlocked gate then under the bridge on the tarmac road.

Took the left path here to cut a few minutes off the winding tarmac road.
It's a nice wee shortcut :)

About 30-40 minutes later this is the stream on the right, just before the path up.

Then a few metres further is the start of the path.

A little way up the hill and looking down at Loch Sloy Dam.

Camouflage Collies :? ...the first time I looked through my pics I missed them, thought they were rocks,
my eyes were drawn to Ben Lomond in the distance

Couldn't make that the last pic so here's a tree :)

Hi davgil, great set of pics there. I like the white border you've given them, really makes them stand out.
Looks like you had good weather for this one.

Your twa dugs made short work of that sheep - is hungry work this bagging :)
I'm sure as the snow melts, sadly a few more of these might be uncovered. :(

Thanks skuk007.

Just to clarify...they're not my "dugs"
...and that sheep was a deer if I'm not mistaken

Thanks merry-walker and monty, although I don't think I've been quite that hungry on a walk...so far
