I cycled as far as the point on my map at a wee bridge where my track splits and left the bike there. However, if you are just on the Deargs I think from memory that you could cycle as far as the loch (but not certain) but after that the track comes and goes and would need to be walked. I'm more a mountain biker than a road cyclist and found the track was mostly OK - there are some ups and downs and the surface can be very loose at times but still well worth taking the bike.

I have cycled (unladen) to the loch from there with no real difficulty.
I did fall in a stream taking the ford at the stream with a little too much gusto and having the front wheel catch in between two rocks, catapulting me into the soft, heathery far bank which bounced me back into the stream...
