I was there about 2 months ago and her lease was up at the end of November and she was moving on. No one seemed to know what the estate had planned for it next.

Really? I was last there in Aug. Poor woman - she was a bit harsh but I think she had good intentions. What a dream location to live and work. I wonder what she'll do and what'll happen to the place. It was great stopping there for a few pints after a long walk whilst waiting for the train home.

I spoke to her the week before she was due to stop (October). They were moving over to one of the islands (Mull, I think) to take over a hotel.

If I had the money, I'd buy it and make cracking meals for all the walkers coming off the hills with a nice bottle of Ossian waiting for those who placed an order before they set off. Sorry, I'm getting a bit carried away there.
