A group of 5 eagles led by Alan Sloan set off from the north end of Loch Glascarnoch (NH276743) for a 2 day ski tour. First day Am Faochagach 210 on skis from the start with a wet crossing of the Abhainn a Gharbhrain. Ski down to Loch Prille and up to Loch Tuath. Set up camp at NH282822. Pete Lancaster then climbed Cona Mheall on a very fine evening with clear skies and full moon.
On the second day we skinned up to Meall nan Ceapraichean 177 then on to Beinn Dearg 57. Skied out via corrie on snow with no base to Allt Mhucarnaich. Then over bealach by Meall Feith Dhiongaig and down to the road.
