Walkhighlands

A short walk to test what has been a sore and stiff knee this month following a knock playing football. Oddly enough, it was the right knee that was knocked but then the left knee too over in the pain stakes. Occasional twinge aside this turned out to be a good walk and the knee passed the test with flying colours but I'm glad I didn't take on anything longer this time.
