Don't think there's any "think" about it Dooterbang - I'd be out there every weekend for sure. Probably be on my 5th or 6th round by now. :lol:

Great pics as usual Dooterbang - may have to do these soon, there's been loads of reports on these two recently and they look great hills - always had a good look from the road.

You mention you expected muddy terrain - are they best left for when the ground is frozen?

Have you guys had a fresh fall of snow because there isn't that many footprints on the tops ?

As for the nagging other half, its all about compromise, we compromise they don't give an inch :wink: :lol:

You seem to always get the best of the weather DB - photos are cracking and great descriptive report.
Out at Spean Bridge, near Grey Corries on same day- weather not as good.
I need to follow where you're going.

Great clear photos and another cracking report. Was up that way on the Sunday cycling and the weather had turned so you picked the best day yet again! :D

Simon, this was my first walk up these hills and i read it can get muddy. It was fine when i did it but if it thaws could get boggy. Would only be for a couple of K though - it wouldn't stop me :)

Another fine report there dooterbang,I did these two last Oct and found it a real bogfest up to the col,then had no views when I got there,so it was good to see what I missed
