When approaching this in car it didnt look much and wasnt going to bother, but glad I did because had loads of paths on it, started off in a car park turned off main rd just after Kingwells roundabout, very steep at beginning and didnt think it would take long but as I climbed the sides of this hill began to grow as well, putting a smile on my face and views were fantastic looking back at Bennachie, at the top a few masts and a Cairn, flag pole with the Saltire flying, a pillar and about 50 yrds away a memorial to those that fought in the great wars, I wandered around this hill taking small paths that ended into furze bushes and taking paths down the hill and making way back up through others, met a few friendly people out walking dogs and there were nice views towards Aberdeen, nice place to come during summer plenty of picnic tables dotted around the hill, will try post some photo's of the frosty ground and sunny sky.

I'm doing the small ones up there in the summer to introduce my kids to the hills,it looks as though Aberdeenshire is perfect. The hills are not too much for little legs.
