First tick of the year. Not been out and about much over the past months due to my partners Knee injury. I was intending to do a couple of Munro's, I'm a bit rusty in winter conditions and hadn't brought my full winter kit so when I read about the conditions on the hills I changed my mind and found this little beauty just a few miles from where we were staying at the mother in laws, So I left the pair of them shopping and off I went. Turned out to be a great walk on a lovely cold and frosty morning. It's not the exact route documented on here I found a loop to avoid coming back the same way I went up. It did involve scrambling through the trees at one point and some very boggy ground nothing too dangerous though,
