Campervan trip 036 and Kylesku hotel.
Quinag today from the car park at NC232273. Fell running with Dot and Dash on a stunning clear day. Along the track to the lochan and then directly N to ascend Sail Gharbh. Steep but blocks of sandstone made the going easy. From the summit I took the normal route traversing round to gain Sail Ghorm. Then return veer pt 713 to the final Corbett Spidean Coinich. Chatted to a couple who were doing the same route in the opposte direction who were also staying at the hotel. From Spidean Coincih I descended the slabs but before reaching the car park I took the new path at around 300m altitude to join the outward track. This avoided the sensitive boggy moreland area. Left at 09.00 and return at 2pm.
Quinaig (all 3 Corbetts) first ascent on 04/08/2010, Spidean Coinich 10/03/2013 and 07/11/2015, and Sail Garbh 16/09/2019. All three again on 09/06/2023. Separate entries for these days.
