We would like to thank all you guy's for all the kind words and encouragment we received regarding our recent trip to the Mamores.

Julie is recovering well, and come another week or so she will be nearly as good as new. ( so she claims ).

She has now got me planning trips again, this may be a bad idea after our last trip. She is rather keen on a bothy trip next time round.

Some people commented about me saying Wilson can be a problem on the hill. This is true, very true. If iam brutally honest Wilson was getting stressed on Binnein Mor due to the ice and the steepness, i could not consentrate 100% on the job at hand and Julie was worried for her dog.

What i mean is , the fewer distractions, the easier the task will be.

What an experience that must have been!
I'm glad things are well (or as well as they can be) and it was nothing more serious. A lucky escape.
But hey, we live (thankfully) and learn. Great commitment though in tracking back, that has to be said.

Hope all is mended and you are both back out there soon.
