Campervan trip 046 1st 2015 and Kylesku hotel.
I walked in trainers to Coire á Chriochairein NN 450 892 then I skinned up RHS of corrie in safe conditions. Stable snow pack but cornices on LHS of corrie which I stayed well away from. Booted up last 100m to bealach as too steep 35 deg and on to top Sron Coire a Chriochairein. Then to its Munro Stob Poite Coire Ardair and a boot round to the window. Then I skied down the corrie on a firm base. At 570 m alt. I walked out.
Good route and ski in calm conditions but flat light.
We stayed overnight at Creag Meagaidh WC 109 and travelled home the following day.
First ascent of the three Creag Meagaidh Munros 127, 76, 30 on 28/02/2011. Then on 16/10/2012 Carn Liath 127 and Stob Poite Coire Ardair 76.
Ski tour 21/03/2022 similar route as above but in reverse. So ascent to The Window, over Stob Poite Coire Ardair and ski descent into the Coire á Chriochairein. Separate entries for these days.
